For hundreds of years, women’s valor and significant contributions to the American military have been dismissed, discounted, appropriated by journalists, or relegated to little more than a footnote in history.

Tracy Crow is president and CEO of MilSpeak Foundation, a 501(c)3 nonprofit dedicated to supporting and publishing the creative works of military veterans and family members through its imprints, MilSpeak Books and Family of Light Books.
