Training Management System (TMS)

The Yale University Training Management System (TMS) manages information related to required training and forms for University faculty and staff. TMS helps educate the Yale community about required training and forms, facilitates online training registration, and ensures training completion.

Effective May 11, 2018, access to the Training and Certification website requires a Yale NetID and access to the Yale Virtual Private Network (VPN).

When accessing the TMS website from an off campus location, you must first connect to Yale’s virtual private network prior to logging into TMS. The Cisco VPN Anyconnect software is available to Yale Faculty and Staff from the ITS Software Library.
