Adobe Sign: Create an eSignature
Adobe Sign is the cloud-based service that Yale uses to create e-signatures required for Other Support documents. This video demonstration shows how to create an electronic signature using Adobe Sign. Be sure you have downloaded the most recent version of Adobe Creative Cloud before using Adobe Sign.

NIH Other Support: Guide for Editing the MS Word Formatted Report
This user guide provides tips for users when editing the MS Word formatted report. Topics include:
- Editing the document header
- Inserting, deleting or moving a pending proposal or active award
- Adding or deleting a row in the Person Months table
- Adding an Overlap statement
NIH Other Support Page and Third-Party Agreements Library Online Training
This online training provides the steps necessary to create the NIH Other Support JIT and RPPR submissions, including use of the Third-Party Agreements Library and creating the Other Support Page. Additionally, this training provides guidance on the NIH-required Third-Party Agreements developed to assist departmental staff with gathering information related to sources of support from external entities that are not found in any Yale database or cannot be easily identified, such as but not limited to in-kind support, certain gifts, and outside consulting activities.

Third-Party Agreements Library
Third-Party Agreement Library was developed for Faculty and DBOs to access and enter any foreign agreements that need to be submitted to the NIH. Anyone with a NetID can access this library.
